    <content type="text/plain">The only spot to Autosend the BA report to assessment takers (employees) is the Inspire/Employee view. The dashboard widget, Administration/Employee Directory and the Org Upload function do not offer this option. Otherwise, they can be sent individually or via the employee directory - which makes it cumbersome for onboarding clients to keep track of which employee has their BA report. They have to either cc it to themselves and track their inbox/outside of PI or config the front end to autosend once completed.</content>

This makes it very difficult to have to scroll through pages of people when trying to take screen grabs of full teams. This capability is available in the Administration tab however you don't show us the patterns on that page. Can you either allow more profiles to be seen on the manage employees tab or add the profile (NOT the reference profile name) to the Admin page. Thank you!</content>

It is helpful to see the most recently completed employee assessments when you are launching PI within a team or organization. We particularly need this feature when we are monitoring completions ahead of a PI workshop. We used this all the time in the old portal.</content>

We are told below that the CA is intended and validated for hiring. When an employee is looking to be promoted, is it not the same intention and shold the validation ascpect still stand?&#13;

Being able to say "look how many different patterns there are in the room, how could you ever know these people are so similar and these people so different" helps sell the tools. I've just spent 30 minutes cutting and pasting for a presentation tomorrow.     <content type="text/plain">This feature was available in Legacy. In PI2 Inspire, updating an employee’s details means leaving the page and heading to the Employee Directory. In Hire, you can make those updates right where you are. The extra steps in Inspire slow things down, especially when you’re in the middle of something and don’t want to lose momentum. It’s not a big change, but it would remove friction for managers and HR who handle multiple updates in a day. Giving us the ability to edit details directly in Inspire would keep the workflow moving, save time, and create a more consistent experience across both tools.</content>

-Upload the org file (about 10 steps)&#13;

-Skip the BA invite&#13;

-Go back into the directory to enter BA results and add the BSID (another 14 steps)&#13;
&#13;
That’s a heavy lift for a single entry, especially when the assessment is already complete.&#13;
&#13;
Clients are wasting time on administrative tasks, and it makes the platform feel harder to use than it needs to be. A streamlined option would reduce effort and make the platform easier to use in real-world workflows. What can be done to improve the user experience for entering the employee BSID in Inspire?</content>

We use the Guide to the 17 Reference Profiles and the Managers Guide to the Reference Profiles extensively, especially for those new to PI. It is very helpful to get to learn about all 17 reference profiles, not just the ones you work with our who report to you!&#13;

I don't know where one would find them in the new portal. The search feature only returns "people and jobs".  &#13;

    <content type="text/plain">When employees use the company link to enter their BA results with a BSID, they can’t enter the actual date of their assessment. The system defaults to the submission date, which compromises the integrity of the Self-Concept, which has a 6-month shelf life. That Self-Concept result only works when the date reflects the actual completion date.&#13;
&#13;
How are clients supposed to interpret and coach someone using time-bound Self-Concept data they can’t trust?&#13;
&#13;
This gap quietly erodes confidence in the BA results and creates friction in conversations where accuracy is most crucial. It also undercuts how we train clients to use the Self-Concept. This doubt leads survey takers and clients to believe they need to retake the BA repeatedly for accurate results.&#13;
&#13;
A simple fix: allow users to enter the correct assessment date when submitting a BSID.&#13;
&#13;
This one change would protect the value of Self-Concept data and help PI champions and leaders use it as intended with clarity, context, and credibility.</content>

BSID is most often used in the case that someone is not yet in the software and the BSID is used to create their profile and data in the system.     <content type="text/plain">Very often you run into an error or rather a grayed out box and you have to spend a good amount of time deducing what is wrong versus the software telling you the error so you can correct the situation &amp; move on. I'll come back with examples as they arise. &#13;

Today it's Bulk Upload. Inspire Ltd User w/Can Send Assessments to Coworkers box checked. Wanted to assess a group of employees via the Bulk Upload. She downloaded the template and uploaded it to PI, then just sits there with boxes grayed out &amp; she can't move forward. She believed it to be a bug, I thought her template was incorrect as it was missing some of the columns. Fixed upload file, still doesn't work. 2 days spent troubleshooting, even reviewing the authorization documentation (uploads not mentioned) only to find out as a Ltd. User she isn't allowed to bulk send via upload. Why was she even presented with that as an option if not allowed - at the very least an intelligent error msg would have saved 2 days.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When I click on the behavioral report within Hire or Inspire I get a version that has a time self graph at the top.  If I want to see the graphs, I have to click on download and choose the Behavioral Report.  This is not intuitive and is confusing.  Would be great to have the same report in both places.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Per client feedback I’d say we are not loving the new look of the Behavioral Report and Full Candidate Profile. 6-10 pages is way more than our interview team would want to weed through - there is a lot of dead space on the pages causing this. The double-column layout is also pretty confusing and clunky to read. Here is a good example of a page that doesn’t look super professional for us to send to the interview team:</content>

    <content type="text/plain">In Legacy there is a Person Overview report, it's just the basics, no pattern just A-B-C-D Needs/Behaviors and Factor Combinations. It is an extremely useful report to use especially during in person sessions with clients or even prospects. I want them to be paying attention to what we're talking about not reading ahead in their own report. &#13;

This version in Legacy gives them enough information to follow along in a Lunch n' Learn or even a PI Overview going along with Team Discovery and most importantly it's on ONE PAGE, one side of one page. Very focused, economical and useful.&#13;

    <content type="text/plain">We have at least one client who encourages their employees to retake the BA after 6 or 7 years, so they have many employees with 2 (or more) assessments on file.  In PI2, the need to create a separate user profile for each assessment is a hassle and it makes it difficult to go back and find the users that do have additional assessments.  Please add back the ability for a user to have multiple assessments attached to their profile.</content>

However, to be able to download the report, the user is required click "User relationship guide" from the person page, input the two people again, and generate the exact same report just to be able to access the download feature.  This is understandably frustrating for the client.</content>

Doesn't make sense for a Highest B, Lowest A or D&gt;A. Please correct how this language is populated.     <content type="text/plain">In Legacy, the PDC used to highlight the person's strengths &amp; caution areas, but would then gray out the areas that were in opposition to how they naturally fall with their behavioral drives. Seeing the "other side" still allowed for a person to understand how other individuals may show up at work that have drives that fall in comparison to their own. Now, the Personal Dev Guide only shows and highlights the information for that specific person's behavioral drives.</content>

It's frustrating during client calls, trainings, preparing documents, etc. to have to hunt and peck for examples. As we know, reference profiles can vary widely and the specific graph is much better.</content>
