Pending Assessments on Dashboard - Keep on dashboard after they expire

After an assessment link expires, it is removed from the Pending Assessment Dashboard. The software user does not know who hasn't taken the assessment. Keep expired assessment under Pending so they can take action instead of making them figure it out later themselves.
