  I second Cory on this request. Regardless of the use case, the 1:1 RG is the most popular feature with my client. If there is one we want clients to use as liberally as possible, this is it. I'd like to understand the science or marketing reasons as to why PI is restricting its use rather than giving it more applications.

  Thank you for the suggestion. The Relationship Guide is a resource intended to help two employees better understand their relationship strengths and caution areas so they can work better together. It is not designed for use as a tool in the hiring process. One of the advantages of PI2 is that it provides a clearer distinction between its modules and use cases than Legacy, ensuring that tools such as the Relationship Guide are used within their intended context.
  If there is a use case related to evaluation of candidates alongside their potential coworker’s, we’d love to hear more about it so we can consider adding a tool specifically for that use case within Hire or whatever module is appropriate. Please feel free to share any candidate use cases in the Hire feature upvote board.

  These days when I am bringing a prospect along, I throw everything but the kitchen sink at them. SO, as mentioned before, people love this feature and when you have done several demos for sells purposes, it scores a lot of points matching them up with another person from their company.
  
  Not to be critical because you people have done an amazing job on PI2 but sometimes I wonder if enough input from down in mud PI salespeople has been heard. Thank you for listening!

  How is this out of scope if a client has both Hire and Inspire. They pay for both modules so that they can look at the relationship guide between manager and candidate as well as the management strategy guide. If they pay for both modules, it shouldn't be considered out of scope... completely out of scope if they have HIRE only but not if they have both.

  I agree with all of the previous comments - this was a highly used features for my company in determining if a candidate was a good fit for a team. We used it during the interview process to discuss hurdles that might exist between a candidate and a manager and also to check against other team members. Having that open discussion has been ideal in deciding if making the commitment to bring someone on board will be successful. Also, it has been a great refresher for managers to see their own profile, strengths/weaknesses, and prepare them for interviews.
  
  I personally don't understand why there is a restriction on the use of features if we pay for them.

  I also agree with the above. This was something that they had access to before and if they pay for both tools, the perception is that we are stripping tools for more money. Not a great feeling for clients. I get this question all the time with our clients.
  
  Would argue that if voting wasn't disabled this would likely rise to the top of most requested.

  This removed feature represents a significant step backwards - when PI was siloed into separate hire/inspire etc..modules, it eliminated crucial functionality for consistent hirers and team builders like myself. The relationship guide was invaluable for:
  
  Helping hiring managers collaborate more effectively
  Visualizing actual working dynamics with potential hires
  Preparing managers to properly support and resource new team members from day one
  Understanding team chemistry in throughout hiring process
  
  You've essentially downgraded the service by removing integrated functionality that directly improved hiring outcomes and team performance. This feels like a regression rather than progress. There are several things that feel like regression.

  This is a HUGE mistake. Clients ask for this almost daily. In fact, the Relationship Guide is the primary driver for many clients to add Inspire. If they have both modules, this should be available to them with candidates.
