Completed PI BA - add back the email address of assessment taker

The email we receive saying "X person completed the PI Behavioral Assessment" used to have the person's email address showing on the completion email we receive as partners. That was helpful in immediately seeing client activity without having to click on each one to go to the account. If the assessment takers email AND the client's name was on the completion notification to partners, that would be extremely helpful at a glance.
