Option to stop notifications for partners when clients add employees to Inspire

Receiving hundreds of notifications when employees take the BA and join Inspire. Please add the option for partners to turn those off.

ClaytonThis also happens when a Partner creates a Job for the client or transfers a Job over that they created. We get notified whenever a candidate completes a BA/CA for that role
