  Since the Person Overview is gone, it would be nice to be able to download the Person Snapshot.
  
  Generally speaking, it would be nice to have a one-page look at a person. The updated report templates all seem to drag things out and have a lot of wasted white space. So a concise quick look at a person's data that can be easily digested by anyone is very important. That said, wouldn't be at all upset if the solution is to return the Person Overview with a similar look as Legacy and return the Person Snapshot to a report that anyone can digest whether they know behavioral data or not.

  Clients want to download the Snapshot to send to managers and also have ability to download snapshot for candidates.

  This was one of the simplest and most effective ways to introduce PI to a group. Participants quiklcy learned about themselves, explored their Development Chart and Management Strategy Guide, then by adding the Placards they were quickly able to connect the the dots. These tools helped support a powerful communication and decision-making workshop.
  
  PLEASE bring this format back.

  This would be such a value-add! The new reports are too much for our frontline employees who do not have English as a first language. I have also received feedback that the new reports are confusing to all levels of employees - A>B Crosses Midpoint... that is more info than anyone needs. After taking PI, an employee just wants to know their reference profile and the simple info in the Snapshot. I would also like to see graphs on the behavioral report moved to the back. We have always sent out the BAs with instructions to "ignore the graphs on the first page, we will go over those in your 1:1 or group session". Alternatively, make page 1 of the new BA explain each of the drives and show the users graphs. As a workaround we tried to just right click and print the new snapshot from the portal but it does not format correctly and half of the info is off the page.

  Hello! In the last 24 hours, I have received inquiries from 2 separate client companies regarding the ability to download/print the Snapshot. I have shared that the information they see in-app in the Snapshot is indeed included in the downloadable/printed Behavioral Report. But they are looking to just have the Snapshot. And, I have to say, the Person Snapshot was in my top 3 Legacy reports . . . .
