COGNITIVE in INSPIRE is unavailable
Please help us understand why the PI CA is not available in INSPIRE.
We are told below that the CA is intended and validated for hiring. When an employee is looking to be promoted, is it not the same intention and shold the validation ascpect still stand?
"Thank you for your suggestion. The PI Cognitive Assessment is intended and validated for use in hiring but not for coaching or development of employees. However, employees' cognitive scores will be made available in a CSV download in late Q2 2025."

Tommy Nelson Admin Merged PinnedThank you for your suggestion. The PI Cognitive Assessment is intended and validated for use in hiring but not for coaching or development of employees, as you mentioned. There are no plans to add it directly into the Inspire UI at the moment. However, employees' cognitive scores are available in a CSV download.

Shelly Nixon MergedIn PI2, cognitive assessment results are only available for candidates. The results are no longer available in Inspire. I understand the CA should not be used for employee development, but there are many reasons administrators may want to access this data for existing employees. Please add back the ability for cog admins to view CA scores for existing employees.

Brian Gelt MergedUnderstanding Cognitive can be a vital part of coaching and development. For those users with Cognitive access, they should be able to see it in Inspire. It makes no sense to have to add an employee to a different job in order to see it.

Pernille Flensted-Jensen MergedWe need the ability to invite non-candidates to take the CA (i.e. in Inspire) and to be able to generate / download / send a Cognitive Report for a non-candidate.

Shelly Nixon MergedPlease add back the ability to see cognitive assessment reports for current employees. There are legitimate reasons for having this data for current employees, without using it for employee development. For example, a client has 5 employees in the role of Sales Director. Three are succeeding and two are struggling. Could it be related to the cognitive target? Is it set too low? Without seeing the data, we can't tell. This is just one example.

Becca VanDerveerFrom a migrated client today: "Would highly recommend they implement a feature to allow you to link back to [employee cognitive] so you can just search for the person! Feels like a very weird UI decision."
Clients find the lack of intuitiveness of accessing this data as causing unnecessary friction. -
