Reports are impossible to read due to light grey color and font

Several clients complained about the color and font on many of our BA reports since they are impossible once printed. This makes zero sense and needs to be fixed in all reports. Here is one example - you can not see most of the content because a light grey and hard-to-read font is used on more than half of the report. This also holds true for most of the other reports. I have checked my printer, and the printer is not the problem because the lighter font is hard to read on screen as well!!! Please fix this ASAP.
I don't l understand the rationale for the lighter text since the report's purpose is to give our clients insights, but they can take action or learn if they can not see the information.
This is a big problem. I spent over an hour manually reviewing the reports to change grey to black before a client meeting.
If our clients print out the reports that are sent via, they will experience the same issue and that isw NOT being a client-focused company.
