Show me all the High Bs so I can plan for proper recognition.
Let me filter by the factor combinations (A>B, A:D Locks, B>C, etc) outside of the single graph option for teams. I want to see it in a list format for any employee I select, vs having to put them in a team and see it in a graph.
Compare self-concept patterns of selected people so I can compare those in a similar role
Pull M score totals so I can make informed decisions on who might be able to handle more at once.
