Unable to create reports without user record 2.0
Currently, if an existing employee has not accepted their invitation to become a user when they’re been invited to take the assessment, it is impossible to create any of the reports. Can this functionality please be enabled?

It is important that HR (if provided the proper access) can get access to all PI information and reports about an employee, even though the employee has not accepted to become a user.l -

Rhonda HollowayYes, please. With the 2.0 invitation process I'm not even sure how someone can complete an assessment without creating their account since that is the first step they are asked to do.
I can see this being an issue not only for HR, as Michael noted, but also for training. When the new content is ready if we are doing a training for managers we might want to print some reports to be used during the training and if the person never completed their system setup we would not be able to include them in the training as easily.
