Ability to use Open Invitation link in Inspire
This ability exists in Hire; it should exist in Inspire as well, as it better enables large clients to assess their populations more expediently

This is a really curious design decision. It increases:
1. Complexity for users and administrators
2. The risk of emails going to spam
3. The number of steps required for users to complete the BA
4. The likelihood of IT departments intervening in the PI adoption process
5. The potential for results to be misinterpreted given that users may not have received any context or background info before getting access to their reports
6. The amount of technical education that needs to be provided
7. Challenges for those without constant access to a desktop computing environment
8. Challenges for non-English speakers
9. The bandwidth required to manage user accounts, which will be especially problematic for large companies
Meanwhile, it decreases:
1. Flexibility for partners and admins
2. The value that partners are able to provide by removing much of the motivation for read-backs
3. The ability to align messaging due to the minimal messaging customization options
Not sure what the benefit is. -

Alexis Finley MergedIt would also be really awesome from a partner perspective to be able to bulk download a .csv of your OI links from all client accounts -- with the link, link settings, client account, and last date the link was used to complete an assessment -- better yet, if it was built into the software on one screen where you could view, add and edit all of your clients OI links in one place.

Vinaya Bansal MergedThe clients also have this request that they should be able to download the links and with related data such as creator, date and how many assessments have been done using it. Also it would be good to have an option where they can see which assessment was done using with Open Link ( may be in CSV download).

Rhonda HollowaySteve, assuming this is for 2.0, you can use the Employee link in 1.0. For 2.0, the only option beyond individual invitations being Bulk upload is tough with a smaller client and will be prohibitive with larger ones. IT departments in larger clients won't want all those emails to go out at once, plus the number of steps to get data on employees is cumbersome. Send the email, Create an Account, verify data, hopefully*, get the email that the user has created, actually log in, and finally then, complete the BA. Too many steps.
* I say hopefully because even though we have IT departments safe-list the domains, many of the emails are still getting stopped when individuals have stronger user-level spam filtering.
Also for small orgs they don't always have a dedicated IT person to safe-list the domains. -

Beth FrielI don't understand why we are making it harder to use links to send invitations. So often, emails from PI end up in spam or are blocked completely. Users need the ability to send links from their own emails. I instruct all my clients to use links to send assessments because so many emails from PI get lost or blocked

Amy LACZKOWSKI MergedMy client would like the ability to create an assessment inivtaiton by link. Is that something that we will be allowing them to do in the near future?

kathleen teehanI've just had a client onboard to PI2 and they have used PI at numerous other organizations. Their first reaction was, why did the Inspire OI link go away? This link is often embedded into new employee welcome letters so that the employee has everything that they need to do in one place. When the assessment comes from the software, the completion rate drops significantly as it gets caught in spam or lost in a mound of emails.

Frank HunnewellIt should be as easy as possible for clients to collect behavioral and cognitive data from any person, be they a candidate, employee, board member, whatever. The data is the jet fuel. We should be paying them to add their data, not making it harder for them to do so. Adding data should be free and easy. What they are paying for is the interpretation and the analysis of that data. There should be a link on the PI website that invites prospects to submit BA data from say up to 10 employees, then send them a Design output with those 10 people displayed anonymously. "Click here to generate a link you can send to up to 10 of your co-workers! We'll send you an anonymized analysis of that team, and enter you in a lottery to win your first year's subscription for free!" There absolutely should be an OI link for Hire and one for Inspire, and neither should be connected to any Job.

Alison GrizzleNot having an Open Link makes onboarding a client chunkier and hurts with early adoption. We want to remove all friction to make software as easy and intuitive as possible

Teri KinsellaJust onboarded my first PI2 client and I discover that OI links have still not been added to Inspire! This is a critical function, that has been requested for almost 2 years! It is necessary for new clients to easily send an intro to PI and get their employees to click the link to take the assessment without having to ask them for a .csv file or manually send the assessment. Please get this done asap!

Becca VanDerveerLooking for an update on when we can expect this feature in the software. It's causing a lot of friction especially with new clients. The folder prospect process often ends up with lost data. It would be helpful to have a workaround to move employee client data over.

Meggan FlahertyIt is critical to have an Open Invitation (OI) link for Inspire. It is a game-changer when it comes to driving faster adoption of PI and completion of the BA.
Here’s the challenge we’re tackling together: expecting employees to hunt through their inboxes for a separate PI email, often buried in spam or junk, wastes time and creates friction. That’s the time we’d rather spend analyzing insights and driving results, not chasing people down to find a link.
When a PI Champion or key stakeholder includes the OI link directly in their email, especially one that feels personal and relevant, it removes those barriers instantly and accelerates BA completion. This simple shift sends a clear signal: completing the BA matters, and we’re making it easy for you to take action. -

ShawnaNot sure if this is the right place for this, but I would like to have the flexibility to create multiple open links in Inspire. The old system of having a link that sorted people into folders, was very successful. If you are doing away with folders, then let us create links that automatically tag the person to a location, manager, etc. With the current link, an employee takes PI and only the name and email they used is in the system. Their local HR has to go find them and then edit their profile to include their correct location, manager, etc.
