  This is a "must have" for clients that pay for both Hire and Inspire. I understand that role definition is in HIRE and I am fine that a client must have HIRE to have this functionality. But, they should be able to map a person to a role from Inspire if they pay for that funcationality.

  Allow a user to change the Job that an employee is associated to within the INSPIRE Coaching guide feature. Right now, the user would need to leave Inspire > go to Hire > move the employee to another Job and then go back to the coaching guide. It's not a smooth or intuitive flow.

  This is a huge pitch point for me in sales calls! Adding "Hire" as a part of the succession planning and career mapping process. The ability to add someone to a job and create a fit/gap coaching guide helps add HIRE as a module for people considering "Inspire Only".

  When an employee is not associated with a job target, and you need to add the person to a job target there is no clear path to do so. Furthermore, 3rd Party view does not allow us to guide the client through the process - the process is not intuitive - why are 3rd Party Users not able to have access?

  In order to effectively coach top performers, clients must be able to easily change the job target WITHIN the Inspire module. It's silly to ask clients to leave the Inspire module, add the employee to a different target in Hire, then go back to Inspire to continue coaching.
