Rotating seats for Inspire
Allow rotating seat pool (percentage) to offboard employees and replace them with the new hire without purchasing additional employees. For smaller companies who purchase a license count close to their headcount, allowing them 10% (5 seats on 50, 10 seats on 100) will show we believe in our message and build relationships as they implement the new concepts.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion. The functionality to archive employees has been added to PI2. This functionality is meant to remove employees that are no longer with the company. Once archived, users can add new employees. At this time there is no limit to the number of employee who can be archived or the number that can be added to the account.
