Other Job Matches
Add back the 'Other Job Matches' function on a candidate page and employee page. List of other jobs in the system they might be a good fit for to help with hiring, succession planning etc.

This is such a selling point for succession planning and L&D! PLEASE add this back! If we are forcing clients to make job profiles for all positions, this is even more of a reason to have "other job matches" in the system. -

Mark JohnsonThis is a big selling point in a tight labor market. If Candidate A is a bad fit for the job, clients can easily find other job fits. Makes maximum use of candidate pool in a tight labor market.

Becca VanDerveerCurrently 2.0 does not have the other job matches feature. Our larger clients appreciate being able to see where else a good candidate may be aligned for another role. Additionally, there might be a great way to upgrade this feature to be used more intentionally for career pathing/development & coaching conversations.

Alison GrizzleThis is critical to overall succession planning and finding the right seat for someone. BUT it must not only include behavioral fit to role. If there is cognitive data on the person, it must show cognitive fit to role. Both data points are critical in assessing overall fit.

Sarah Mulvey AdminMarked as "Done" as this feature has been released under the name "Explore other jobs" in PI2. It can be found under the "Development" tab of the employee page in Inspire. Please note that the logged-in user has to have permission to view or edit jobs on the Hire side in order for them to show up in Inspire.
