Thumbnails must be shown next to names in Inspire.
In PI2, when you go to "Manage Employees", the BA pattern does not appear. This is an INVALUABLE aspect of legacy. The ability to see all the profiles is an essential part of the PI portal! Having to click into every person individually takes away the overview aspect. Being able to sort by pattern and see similarities, differences, etc. is imperative. If we are going to leverage Reference Profiles we need to ensure people are able to see the VERY REAL differences in factor combinations! Just yesterday I trained a client with 4 different Maverick profiles! One was a B>A high, one was a typical straight line, one was a C>D and another was a low B! These are DIFFERENT PEOPLE! Just referring to them all as "Mavericks" alone does SUCH a disservice. People need to be able to see these thumbnails. I appreciate wanting to make it "easier", however, we also shouldn't be negating REAL elements of who people are and what makes them unique. PLEASE bring back thumbnails as a default next to names.

ClaytonAgreed - thumbnails and Ref Pro icons should both be displayed in list view format. This enhances conversations when viewing a manager and their team, an executive team, in a training session, or any other group meeting.

Hero FrenzelAgreed- especially because we have some large clients with employees of the same name (multiple John Smiths or Maria Lopez, for example) and it's imperative to be able to see at a glance which profile is which based on the email and image of their results without having to click into each individual.

Bobbi KellyI would agree. Not losing sight of the nuances between patterns (at a glance) is really a market differentiator of the PI in the market

TeriBeing able to see reference profile names, email addresses and thumbnails is critical in training situations. I just did a training for 27 people and I had all of their thumbnails on 2 pages so I could quickly reference them during behavioral discussions.
