Create pop up box when employee invites colleague to take BA and one already exists in the system
Currently PI2 allows users to invite a colleague to take a BA in Inspire. However, the requesting person isn't notified if a BA is already existing in the system. Therefore, it could cause more than 1 BA to be captured in the system. Requesting to create a pop up box that tells the requestor a BA already exists for the person do you want to still ask them to take the BA again.

Sarah Mulvey AdminThank you for the suggestion. PI2 currently prevents users from sending the Behavioral Assessment to employees who have already completed it. When the email address of the employee is already in the account, an error message is shown and we prevent the email invitation from being sent. However, Hire does currently allow duplicate candidate email addresses and the team is considering a solution to prevent this in the future.
