This is a critical feature not just for client's ability to learn but extremely important for referrals. -

Joe Reagan MergedI'm sure this has been debated and decided but completely limiting the ability to send assessments to non-employees and those who are not candidates is short sighted. Examples - college age children of employees, recently trained individuals practicing on family to get confidence, CEOs assessing board members/investors demonstrating the power of PI and why they use it. These are all legitimate, positive for PI and CEMENT loyalty over the long haul, I have this opinion from our client feedback but also as a long time client and advocate for PI who purchased a lot of PI software and workshops between 2003 and 2018 before becoming a partner. Suggestion - Limit the number but not the opportunity. And/or count these in headcount.

Sarah Mulvey Admin MergedThank you for the suggestion Joe! Are you familiar with the "Override Allowable Organization Domains" setting? It is located under Administration/Organization Domains (visual attached). When the setting is ON, Organization Admins can send the Behavioral Assessment to any person regardless of whether their email address matches the company's domain.

Clayton RamseyAgreed - at the end of every workshop I'll ask the participants to challenge themselves to complete a certain number of PI analyses and readbacks after the workshop to solidify what they learned. This always includes family members and friends
