Would be great to have the one-page Person Report or "Behavioral Overview" as an option to email to participant or include in report kit

YES!!! I have always told clients that they can give managers three "easy to digest; easy to understand; and easy to implement" reports that can move the needle: person snapshot, management strategy guide, and relationship guide. In legacy, these were three reports that didn't specifically use ABCD in the report. This kept managers out of the ABCD and focused on clear actions. Lots of managers won't read, so you have to have short, digestible information.
