Reissue Self concept only and Print Multiple Self only patterns
1. It would be great to reissue a long-standing employee the self-concept part of the assessment again. Better, in front of the client, science guidance around reissuing PI's for retake when and
2. For team sessions, I talk a lot about printing your team's self-pattern and having a copy handy. It would be great if they could click self-patterns for a bunch of people and print it our instead of the snip it tool and posting.

The ability to track a person's perceived need to adapt over time is a huge differentiator with PI. It was clunky in Legacy with Coach with Self Concept report but PI2 offers a fresh start. After a from a new hire, promotion, project assignment, the system should offer the prompt used to capture the SC graph so that a person's SC can be updated at different intervals. Retaking the full BA to see an updated Self Concept graph is confusing and distracts from the best practice of using a person's original Self graph. Maybe the system could make a re-take of the Self-Concept at set intervals - perhaps no sooner than 6 months? -

Chantal WalleyYES! Its a feature we had and have now been missing for far too long. It would be superb to have this especially as we educate our Predictive Index Users about a self-concept no longer being relevant after a period of time / after moving into a different role / after any other significant change in their environment has occurred.

Alison GrizzleYES!!!! People should be able to retake the self concept ONLY.....When coaching with self concept came out, it required someone to retake the entire assessment. For people who have been trained or are in companies where the data is discussed, too many outside factors have impacted stimuli that are associated with the self graph. This led to people retesting to look at self concept but the self graph moving from a controller to a captain. Then, as a consultant I get in the weeds around validity and reliability and changing top graphs... I can discuss testing bias and impacted stimuli but then people begin to doubt the tool or thinking their top graphs have changed. The current format causes more headaches than solutions. Being only able to retest the self-concept would be very helpful

UX Recommendation: Place a clearly visible "Retake Self-Concept" button on the Self-Concept report page, accompanied by a brief description explaining when and why to retake it. This feature would:
1. Be deactivated until the minimum required time (e.g., 3 months) has passed, educating users on best practices.
2. Simplify the process for keeping Self-Concept data current, reducing friction for users.
Survey Self-Concept Only: Provide an option to retake only the Self-Concept Profile without requiring the full Behavioral Assessment, aligning with user needs and maintaining system efficiency.
This feature would enhance usability, align with best practices, and support PI partners in delivering more accurate and actionable insights. -

1. Most importantly, we need to prioritize the re-issue ONLY the self concept. This would help tremendously with evaluating wellbeing and burnout risks without muddying the water with a new (and potentially different) Reference profile result from having to take the Self section again
2. Second by a longshot is printing the "self" section only would be helpful for teams/peers. Person snapshot offer this but it isn't one clients can download and print -

Anna Mason MergedSince the Self concept is only relevant for a period of time, will it ever be possible to resurvey for self-concept only? Legacy had the option to resurvey and produce a new report and that was nice to be able to resurvey after a few years but keep the original self.

John BroerBeing able to update the Self Concept separately at different intervals in a person's career to compare to one's original Self graph is a true differentiator in the world of psychometrics as well as a competitive advantage when selling PI2 as a Talent Optimization platform. It's hard to optimize talent if you can't track and coach someone through adaptations to their role or changes in the organization.

Sheila Longwould be great to have the ability to retake self concept only-i coach so many employees based on their hiring results-prior to entering the job, years later when coaching them in the role-these become less relevant-having a fresh self-concept would help tremendously-w/o having to retake the PI and risk being assigned a new self as well. Thus changing their baseline profile and opening up a host of other issues.

When that feature is activated, I recommend that it involve only issuing that prompt for the Self Concept graph and not requiring the individual to retake the BA entirely, like Legacy did with the Coach with Self Concept report. Adding this capability sooner than later would give Practitioners a huge advantage in people development.

Katrina VanCleveMultiple clients of ours have expressed how crucial this would be for their leaders if they had this feature. In legacy we have had clients reissue the BA just so they can get multiple self-concepts for an employee to support them through stages of transition, so this feature would be extremely helpful for them in PI2.
