Add graphs to Inspire 2.0
The self concept and synthesis graphs are not present at all in 2.0 and the Self graph is vague and lacks the specific scientific data (sigmas, mid point, etc). The "meat" of PI science is removed. We need the hard data present in 2.0 in order for any of the report to hold value and validity.

PI science differentiates the tool from its competitors. Removing science references in the software, will not land well with legacy clients, and will minimize PI's competitive edge. I am hopeful that as iterations happen in 2.0, this is considered. -

Sarah Mulvey AdminThank you for your suggestion. Self Concept graph is available on the Development tab of Inspire in PI2. It is also available for download from the Employee page in Inspire and is included in the Full Candidate Insights Packet download in Hire. Additionally, an upcoming 2025 update to the Behavioral Report in both Hire and Inspire will include the Self Concept more detailed graphs which place increased emphasis on the midpoint and sigma lines. However, there are no plans to include synthesis graphs in PI2.
