  Requiring creation of user accounts for Inspire is a significant change from Legacy that will have the following impacts:
  1. Decrease of adoption and increase in complexity due to corporate policies that require direct IT involvement for any systems that require the establishment of user accounts (a bit of an old-fashioned practice, yes, but VERY common).
  2. Increase in complexity for existing Legacy clients moving to 2.0.
  3. Decrease in the perceived value of the partner in providing education.
  4. Increase in the amount of confusion regarding PI. It's reckless to expose people to their reports and data without any background context, and while it may be a best practice, providing that context on the front-end is not always feasible.
  5. Increase in frustration with the software as the new user account setup for employees to use and access Inspire requires a large number of clicks and is not optimized for non-English speakers or those without access to a computer (vs. mobile devices).

  Yes, in the EU, for example, it will be viewed as a violation of GDPR if 'random people' with no PI training have access to other people's assessments results. Most, if not all, companies will not want their emplyees to have access to PI Software.

  We really need to fix this one!
  Most if not all our clients have a very tough access policy due to GDPR.
  It is important that access is controlled by the "account owner" of the system. An employee should not as a default become a limited user.
  It should be entirely up to the account owner who should get access or not to the system including with which status.

  Admins should control who has access to the software as well as determine who should be sent the assessment. Mixing sending the behavioral assessment with user access will be incredibly confusing and impact a deliberate strategic roll out of the program.

  add a "send assessment" button on the Inspire page for users to send only the BA to employees now that the VMs are based on employees and not users - not to replace the "invite co-worker" button, but in addition. Right now we have steps on how to do this through admin>upload org file but its not super intuitive and requires more steps, so we've been getting questions on it.

  100% agree. Not every employee is tied to a computer or wants to be. Individuals contributors in manufacturing, healthcare, or logistics may have very little interest and using the software.

  I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind this change but it is really concerning. Most of my clients do not want to give people access to everyone in the system. While PI may believe this is 'best practice', most clients will disagree. This will create administrative nightmares to delete users (if they are able). A better approach is to educate clients by letting them experience how openness helps the organization as opposed to limiting their ability to make things private. It does violate GDPR.

  I have clients who are not willing to expand use of PI because they are not comfortable giving employees access to the reports of others, even as a Limited user. One client does not want to give this level of access to their managers and supervisors. If this remains in place, I will not be able to utilize PI as I roll out a management development program to this client and may lose that engagement entirely. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

  Would love to have the skip invite as an option for individuals just as it is for org upload since not all employees will be users and they will not want to do an org upload every time there is a new employee

  Just started PI. Love the capabilities but we do not need all employees to have visibility of each team member. We feel that, as leaders, we want to understand the product/software capabilities first, before allowing others to dive into the system. Employees will tend to get caught up in the software and not focus on the job at hand. Bottom line as a leader, the team needs to focus on the work and not get wrapped up in analyzing their team members.
