Conversions are happening more rapidly now. This is a critical feature for existing clients that want to use PI for succession planning or coaching. Legacy did not require people to be associated with jobs and it was easy to add jobs later. Please please consider adding this sooner rather than later. -

Sarah WrightWe've been told that this can be managed by adding an employee's BA back into Hire using the BA Score ID option - this is a really clunky solution. Clients should not need to re-enter data that is already saved in their PI Software account to be able to use it in a different module of the same Software account - if the PI Software is to be perceived as one platform and not separate modules, the data that has been entered in one module needs to be available in all the modules that the client has access to - without having to duplicate their data!!

Fiona BrookwellClients shouldn't be asked to enter the same informiaton into any other part of the PI system if they've purchased more than 1 module.

Bruce HawkinsThere are currently no BA Score ID's on the new BA. You would have one from Legacy to add a BA. Or maybe you have to get a hold of partner relations? Agree with the above statements. Seems like we are going backwards on functionality and navigation in a sense.

Liz Palmieri-Coonley MergedThere is no clear way to identify which employees in Inspire have a coaching guide available without clicking into every development section. In Legacy, you could see under their name if there was a job attached to their profile.

Beth FrielI am trying to demo Job Targets for a client. They had 8 high performers take the BA. They are all identified as employees. I am unable to associate them with a Job Target to generate a coaching guide. Now I am reading that I need to reenter their BSIDs into Hire to associate them with a job and generate a Coaching Guide - all for a demo. This is a very burdensome process. It will make conversions a nightmare.

Hero Frenzel MergedWhen you have an employee whose profile started in Inspire (through Org Upload or a legacy to PI2 migration), there is no way to add a Job Target to their profile and get the Coaching Guide.
There is no way to modify on the Person Page and add a job or modify them in the Org Chart/settings/admin pages to add a behavioral job target. You can only add a job target to a person in Inspire and then mark them as hired. This is way too complicated. -

Beth FrielWe have been waiting almost 2 years for this. It is a critical feature that converted clients are continually asking for. Can you please provide a timeline? This screenshot is from my client Kurt J Lesker.
