Improved search ability
When searching for people or jobs in PI2 only a pop up with a snapshot but no way to go to their profile.
Very irritating to have to hunt and peck for information within hire or within inspire.

In PI2 Inspire class today, we couldn't search for an employee in the Inspire module because they were listed as a Candidate. If their profile is in their software it should be able to be searched. -

Bobbi KellyIt is very frustrating trying to figure out how to get to someone's "main person page". If you click their name from the employee list it only gives you the ability to edit them. If you search their name it only gives you an overview of their profile. The only way to see all the tools, etc. is if you are in the Inspire module. In PI legacy there were multiple ways to pull up someone's profile and tools. This doesn't feel intuitive and may cause frustrations for clients as well.
