  In Legacy, once we receive a BA we have the option of emailing the results to them directly from the software. We also have the option of emailing an entire kit to them. In PI2 it seems the only option for that is at the time the assessment is taken, otherwise results need to be downloaded and then sent. Is there a consideration for adding this feature in PI2?

  I can't express the importance of this need enough! We cannot expect to ask our clients to be downloading hundreds or even thousands of report kits onto their computers in order to send them to team members or managers. I realize the goal is to get individuals into the system however we also cannot create a system that is so labor intensave to those who may not want to use the system the way you feel is best. This process requires several steps. Go to each person, download it, save it, extract, save to the system, open an email and attach and send. That is way too much for large companies! Please reconsider!

  We also need this for data protection reasons - users don't want loads of reports in their out box; they need to be able to send reports directly from the system without downloading everything to their computers first.

  There is some frustration about not being about to batch Behavioral Reports to emails directly from the system. Currently you can only download 1 by 1 which is taking longer for big teams.

  Ability to email the report kit from Inspire module to employees. Kit can include just the BA report or multiple reports the user would like to include.

  Yes, please bring back the ability to email, print, or download. Clients really appreciated that in Legacy - very user friendly features. Current system is way too cumbersome, and it is not necessary, and probably a bad idea, to have so much PI data downloaded onto people's computers.

  This will allow me to share clients' and potential clients' assessments much more quickly. And reduce the possibility that reports will get missed or lost or forgotten--as can happen right now in PI2 when there's a download required.

  The PI2’s lack of direct email functionality is impacting our clients’ efficiency and adoption. In Legacy BA, users could easily email results or kits. In PI2, that’s only possible at assessment time, forcing manual downloads and separate emails later. This extra step creates friction and slows workflows. Plus not every client wants to give employees access to the PI software.
  
  Bringing back this feature could save time, ensure consistent communication, enhance the user experience and drive adoption. How would it look to prioritize this in PI2’s roadmap?

  The old software allowed us to email a report directly to the employee, that no longer exists. It would be great to have that functionality back again. Thank you!

  After a candidate or an employee takes an assessment, there was previously a way to go into the website and have a copy of that assessment sent directly to the taker. For example, sometimes a year or so after somebody takes the assessment, they can’t locate their results. So, it’s nice to be able to go into the website and send them a copy directly. That functionality was there until the last enhancements were made. Is that something you plan to add back or can I officially request that be added back?
