Self Concept Date reflects date added to software; not date taken
I took my original BA over 10 years ago. When I selected I have taken it before and entered my BA ID to pull into PI2; it shows my "Self Concept as of 7/23/24" - which is not correct.

Thank you for the suggestion. When a Behavioral Assessment is added using a BSID, the assessment date will be the date the BSID was added, rather than the date of the original assessment. The process of adding an assessment via BSID generates a new assessment record that includes a prior result. This is because BSIDs are associated with a specific score but are not unique to any specific user, employee, or candidate. To ensure data privacy, certain metadata associated with the assessment—such as names, the administrator, and the date—will not be linked to the BSID.
Inspire's long-term plan includes giving users the ability to re-administer the self-concept page of the assessment. Once all accounts are upgraded, users will have the ability to re-administer the self-concept to receive up-to-date results that will reflect the date the self-concept was last administered. -

Bill BarkerThe Self pattern is the most important piece of data, so the original date of completion should remain prominent.

Melanie WoodWOW! This is a HUGE discrepancy! Self-concept is a differentiator for PI however, the SC is only relevant when viewing it from a 3-5 month snapshot (Arnold taught that it takes about 6 months to create a true self-concept but you view it as a 3-5 month retroactive snapshot). If the uploaded profiles are showing the SC as current, this is a major injustice to the results. SC is taught as how a person is "perceiving the need to be, trying to be, or becoming given THEIR CURRENT ENVIRONMENT". How can we be uploading them as the date of upload if it is a 5 year old vantage point representing potentially a completely different role, headspace, manager, or company?

Alina KishWhen adding results with the BSID, currently the date of the assessment is set as the date when the BSID was introduced, and not the correct date when the assessment was taken.

Melanie Wood@alextompkins...in legacy we are able to enter the date when uploading a BSID, why is that feature being removed? I think the importance of knowing a self-concept is outdated is being highly underestimated. I am very happy we will be able to get an updated self-concept but if that is far down the line, we need an interim safeguard!
