New PI patterns, "dots" take 1/2 the a sigma--client feedback
Feedback of the new PI2 patterns is that the dots take up too much space on the sigma. This is particularly challenging to learn factor combos. While they do like the "show full description" panel in the software, they wish that the pattern was more precise graph/pattern to view. It makes sense to have a high level option but, trained analysts still want to be able to view the detailed version.

My experienced clients only use the graphs, no reports, so they will want precise graphs. -

Hero FrenzelAgreed, the newer view makes the graph look condensed, it's not as easy to see if a pattern is moderate or extreme - they all look moderate.

ClaytonThe patterns appear overly compact to the point that many look like Adapters at first glance. Not only is it harder to discern spread, but it's harder to teach in the workshop.

Alexis FinleyIt is very hard to read the pattern because you can't tell where it falls in the sigmas. The sigmas need to be wider and the dots need to be smaller, and have the fifth tick marks.

Melanie WoodThis really muddles the science! I realize we want to make it "easier" but not at the expense of helping people understand who they are coaching, hiring, developing, etc. Why are all the patterns being condensed down to such small patterns? A 3 sigma high A should look like a 3 sigma high A at quick glance (right now you have to zoom in to see where the sigma lines even are...and forget finding the midpoint).

Sarah Mulvey AdminAn upcoming redesign of the BA report download will provide a more detailed view of the graphs. Leaving the status as "saved for future consideration" because updating the graphs in the software to match the redesigned download is not yet on the roadmap.
