Update Placard reports to show Sigma lines/ Make them easier to read

Zoom in or add the sigma lines back into the placard reports to make the results easier to read. Several clients have commented that it is difficult to read the new reports.

Doing a readback with a large team the print out are extremely (simgas) hard to read and make the process a lot more clunky.
