  It would be really helpful to be able to bulk download reports so we can print multiple reports for a group session.

  Currently we can create only 20 bulk reports at a time, which can be individually shared with the each assessment taker, from the folder. Request you to please increase this number to 100 or so as it is a very useful feature but such a small number makes it useless for bulk assessment usage by clients

  Agreed! And in the meantime, consider adding 20 as an option for viewing on a page so we can take advantage of the 20 for bulk (instead of counting 20). Right now, the viewing options are 10 or 50.

  We should be able to bulk send multiple reports (PDC, MDC, MSG... or whatever the PI2 equivalencies are).

  I've just learned in PI2, third party users cannot bulk send assessments. As this is critical step of the PI roll out with new clients, I think that the consultants should be able to help our clients send the initial assessments out. Especially since they likely haven't been trained yet.

  We also need to be able to SEND these, even if individually. Expecting companies to download all of them and then send individually is unrealistic.

  We're seeing a general need for bulk actions in UX research, especially with Upgrade clients.
  
  One client spent half a day downloading and printing documents for 35 people. Another client spent 1.5 hours downloading 31 snapshots so she could print them for a training session.
  
  So far, clients seem to need to download/print in bulk when they're either:
  - Rolling out PI to their org or
  - Gathering materials for many employees, like for a large training session.

  It is extremely time consuming to navigate the software, download individually, and then email. There must be a way to bulk send reports.

  Agree. I was embarrassed when the CEO asked me how to send Behavioral Reports to all their 85 employees and I had to tell them that they had to navigate to each employee individually, download the Behavioral Report one at a time, and then email the reports out one at a time. Not only is this a huge waste of time and makes us look like we really do not understand how clients use the software in the real world, but now his hard drive is cluttered with PI data that does not need to be there unless an extra step is taken to delete it. Every asset across the platform should be viewable on screen followed by client's choice to download, print, and email. The Legacy solution to all this was elegant and powerful. Clients do not understand why we went backwards.

  In Legacy, you can bulk download behavioral report, manager development chart, and placards. For people who prepare large groups for public speaking this is very helpful. Group Talks tends to be one of my largest client acquisition strategies. Not being able to easily sort and bulk download is going to be problematic.
  
  Also, my 16K person client uses the data for large groups and uses the bulk download to prepare for their leadership development classes. Not having this will require people to individually download and print each person's report kit. This will not be pleasant.

  As a partner that does public talks as top of funnel client acquisition, not being able to bulk download placards, behavioral reports, manager development charts, and management strategy guides from a folder is creating a major headache in prepwork....ALSO, my biggest client with 16,000 employees has the HR and Talent Management Team doing a bunch of internal team sessions. They bulk download to prep for sessions with 100 people. They are never going to go into 100 people pages and create individual report kits to the print for each participant. Not user friendly

  Clients need the option to select multiple employees to download reports (similar to Legacy). If we want the clients to use the software, they need to be able see that it is easy to use and not time consuming. Currently it is 6 + clicks (depending on the reports selected) to download a report starting with clicking on Inspire. Then an additional 3 clicks (the download report window doesn't close after the download, so you have to click out of it first) to get back to the the Employee Directory to then start the process over to download just one employee's reports.

  Hello, I would like for there to be a way to choose multiple profiles at once so that I can see up to 20 behavioral reports at the same time (how it is in legacy when you choose from within teams or folders). This would make it much easier for me to print and set-up training materials for workshops, talks, and other sessions. Thank you for your consideration!

  I received another client request for this. Considering this was first requested in 2023... I would hope there would be a resolution by now.
  
  Since the behavioral reports are different format and content wise, I am wondering if it’d be possible to easily pull new behavioral reports at once for all staff, so that I can re-share them with folks. Is this something we can do?

  We just had to help a client analyze data since PI2 does not allow Analytics for a saved group without Design. It took HOURS to individually download the behavioral reports to complete this project!

  It would be nice when doing a workshop to be able to print a bulk of placards and behavioral reports like PI Legacy. When doing a workshop and printing multiple reports this is a critical time savings.

  My client who upgraded last week just said "wow, this is a serious downgrade" in response to this feature no longer being available. Please provide an update to when clients might get this back.

  I realize that there is already a request to bulk download or email the behavioral report but, this needs to be extended for all of the Inspire reports. A client who upgraded recently said the loss of this functionality is a major downgrade. Please advise when we can anticipate when this might be added back into the software.

  This "upgrade" is more like a "downgrade" in many aspects. I have a client (5+ years with 800 employees) who wants to send the Manager Skills to all their managers (120 of them). Not being able to email directly or to do a bulk send of this report through Inspire is making them very annoyed, to the point of questioning if they should consider another behavioral assessment instead of PI. Obviously whoever is postponing this request for making these functions available has never worked in HR or done consulting with a client or they would understand the enormous amount of time we are asking clients to spend doing manual work to send out reports. The fact that this feature has been requested back in 2023 and nothing has been done about it is completely unacceptable. When can we expect to see this addressed?

  Many of my clients conduct leadership development cohorts, where they bring people onsite for training. They like to use PI reports to reinforce or refer back to behavioral or communication needs and preferences. Computers and phones are off or not present or encouraged b/c people get distracted. Also, people forget to bring their own reports, especially if travel is involved or it's a large group... Being forced to print 1 Placard or Behavioral Report at a time is not manageable.

  This is currently unmanageable for larger groups and departments. It also causes issues for people with larger teams, or workshops where we are going to discuss larger groups. This is going to take me hours to prepare for a workshop when it would have been much less than that before.

  This has come up numerous times with clients. When the client asked why the Bulk Email/Download feature is missing in PI2 for reports, their concern is about the time it takes them away from their real work. In Legacy, they counted on those functions to prepare for workshops and team sessions. Without them, they are stuck downloading, emailing, and printing reports one at a time. The time adds up quickly, and it eats into the preparation that makes their sessions impactful. Our goal is to cultivate long-term relationships. Making the product easier to use is part of a retention strategy. Please bring back the Bulk Send/Download feature for PI2 reports.
