  One of the advantages that I hear people say about PI (especially vs DISC) is that the reports are a lot shorter and more descriptive. The behavioral report looks messy and is now 8 pages long. We don't need the reference profile and factor combination descriptions as part of the report. It is confusing. Please just bring back the 1.0 Behavioral Report. It is loved by all.

  I don't see why each section has to have its own page. More scrolling in a world that dislikes scrolling. plus more trees if printed out.

  Agree with Beth's comments above. One of the differentiating factors of PI has been the ease of use. A 3-page report - which is actually only about a page and a half of reading - is much more appealing and easier to use than an 8-page report. It seems like several of the Legacy reports have been pulled together to create the PI2 Behavioral Report. Doesn't matter if someone is using the electronic version and scrolling or printing the report on 8 pages (or 4 front and pack), this is not an enhancement.

  In PI2, when a BA is downloaded, the format is very spread out. When printed, there is a lot of misused space on the page, making for a much larger print out than needed. Waste of space and printer. Format could be changed to make it look better and save space.

  No better way to say this: a 7-8 page Behavioral Profile report is just too long. It takes longer to read the report than it does to take the actual assessment. I strongly urge we consider reinstating the old format, or a revamped version of the one-pager. I do not see the need for eight pages when the old report provided the same insight on one. If our managers require further explanation, an additional resource (like the management strategy guide) or a conversation with a PI champion is far more meaningful than this lengthy document. Please bring back the one pager.
