We use the placards with our clients often (with training, manager/employee effectiveness, on-boarding, etc.). The impact of this tool is needed across all talent management areas. -

KristiansI want to point out that this is in the PI2 Inspire workshop, so anybody doing the PI2 training already expects this to be carried over.
